Domestic Shipping – Orders Within India

  • Shipping Fee: We offer free delivery on all orders within India.

  • Processing Time: Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 7 working days.

  • Delivery Window: Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Unforeseen events like public holidays, natural conditions, or courier delays may slightly extend this window.

Customized Orders

  • Processing Time: Dispatch and shipping timelines may vary depending on the level of customization.

  • Return & Exchange: Since customized pieces are handcrafted to your preferences, they are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 7 working days.

  • Delivery Window: International deliveries usually take 5–8 business days after dispatch. Actual timelines may vary due to customs clearance or local courier handling.

  • Duties & Taxes:

    • Import duties, VAT, GST, or any country-specific charges are not included in your order value or shipping cost.

    • These fees, if applicable, will need to be settled directly by the recipient with the customs office or courier at the time of delivery.

    • Since these charges differ from country to country, NoorSa Jewels cannot estimate or control them.

    • All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
