Refund & Exchange Policy

At NoorSa Jewels, each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, making it one of a kind. Natural stones and handcrafted detailing may carry small variations in color, shape, or texture. These are not flaws but marks of authenticity that make every NoorSa jewel unique.

All our pieces go through a careful quality check before they are shipped. However, should you face an issue, here’s how our Refund & Exchange policy works.

When Can I Return or Exchange?

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  1. The product was damaged in transit, or

  2. You received the wrong product (with an unboxing video of the parcel as proof).

In such cases, the product must be returned exactly as received – unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Notify Us: Email us at noorsajewels@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with:

  • Live images of the issue.
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the parcel opening (mandatory for wrong/damaged product claims).
  1. Approval: Our Quality Control team will review your request and approve eligible cases.

  2. Return: Once approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to us safely packed. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (unless the error was ours).

  3. Inspection: After receiving the product, our team will inspect it.

  4. Resolution: If approved, you may choose an exchange (of equal or higher value) or a credit note valid for 6 months.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in rare cases, such as:

  1. A genuine quality defect approved by our QC team.

  2. A wrong item shipped (with unboxing video proof).

  3. Package lost in transit (must be reported within 15 days of order date).

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

No Refunds/Exchanges In the Following Cases

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  2. Refusal to accept the package.

  3. Sizing issues – please refer to our size guide before placing an order.

  4. Minor variations in color/stone, since all products are handmade.

  5. Products returned in used, worn, or damaged condition.

  6. Customized and made-to-order pieces.

  7. Earrings, nose pins, and nose rings (due to hygiene reasons).

  8. Items purchased during sales or promotions.

International Orders

  1. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  2. In rare cases of damage during transit (such as broken links, breakage, or tampering), please note that this often occurs during customs inspections, despite careful packaging. Unfortunately, such instances are beyond our control.

  3. If you are unable to repair the product at your end, we suggest that the piece be carried back safely with someone travelling to India. Please do not ship it through logistics services internationally.

  4. Once in India, we will try our best to provide a suitable resolution in our office.

  5. Customs duties, VAT, GST, or any other import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

At NoorSa Jewels, we want you to love your heirloom as much as we loved creating it. While handcrafted jewelry carries its own natural variations, we are committed to addressing genuine concerns with fairness and care.
